The software of the robot was 10/10 and its suction power was good as well. But it often got stuck in multiple places, and had a hard time coming to its charging station. It took anywhere from 3 to 6 tries to charge. Its mapping capabilities is exceptional, and is very useful if various situations.

Love this vacuum! I bought this for my Aunt and Uncle and they were able to set it up with almost no technical experience. They absolutely love it! The vacuum is able to cover the entire upstairs without any issues and is able to clean their wood floors great. It also has no troubles going over the small area rugs in the living room. The mapping feature works great and hasn’t lost the boundaries that were set. Thanks for a great product!

The vacuum machine is awesome and it does clean out most dirt on the floor. It will go back to recharge whenever it’s battery is low. Sound is not too loud and it is smart enough to clean every corner. Also you can use a controller to clean the specific spot if needed. I setup a cleaning schedule by app for only work at the day time so it would not bothering at night. And the dirt is very easy to clean out. Just simply to take out the net and remove the dirt.
First, it is important to note that the Tesvor app is garbage. It simply does not work with the vacuum. Instead you must use the third party app, Weback.Second, it maps your home pretty well. But after a few runs, the map becomes distorted and the vacuum gets lost. To resolve this issue, you must delete the map and start over.Third, the problems become worse as time goes on. The maps have to be deleted more often. The robot gets lost more often, sometimes not even making it back to the charging station; sometimes it will tell you this but often won’t. Before long, you won’t even be able to reset it.
