Do you have a shopfront?
No, we do not have a physical shop. We operate completely online.
Do you deliver Aus-wide?
Yes, we do deliver Australia-wide with a next-day dispatch!
How long will the delivery of my order take?
Our delivery timeframe is between 2 – 7 business days. However, delivery delays can occur occasionally.
Charging Issue
What to do when the robot vacuum will not charge anymore?
While charging on the dock, will the light on the robot vacuum turn on?
If NO, please contact (sales@tesvor.com.au) for the warranty with your order info.
If YES, please try to charge the robot vacuum with the adapter directly, without using the dock. When charging, will the light on the robot turn on?
If YES, please try to charge it for 6-8 hours till it’s fully charged.
If NO, please email us for support.
What to do when the charging station will not charge?
Reboot the robot vacuum (not under charging status/ removing it from the dock), the power switch is on the right side of the robot.
After power off, please wait for 2-3 mins, then power it on.
What to do if the robot cannot find the charging station?
Reboot the robot vacuum (not under charging status/ removing it from the dock), the power switch is on the right side of the robot.
After power off, please wait for 2-3 mins, then power it on.
Please try to change the place for the dock and place the dock in the centre of the whole house (not just the centre of the room), not behind the door, no barriers or mirrors 1.5m around so that its signal can cover the whole house and when it starts off, it will plan the cleaning.
Cleaning Issue
What to do when the robot misses a spot/ place to clean?
Update the software to the newest version.
Reboot the robot vacuum (not under charging status/ removing it from the dock), the power switch is on the right side of the robot.
After power off, please wait for 2-3 mins, then power it on.
(If the above measures do not solve your problem, you can use the following solution)
Please try to change the place for the dock and place the dock in the centre of the whole house (not just the centre of the room), not behind the door, no barriers or mirrors 1.5m around so that its signal can cover the whole house and when it starts off, it will plan the cleaning.
What to do when the robot cannot climb over the carpet or gets stuck?
If you have a black or dark-coloured carpet, please set the height of the object to more than 10cm while less than the height of your stairs.
The robot could not climb the carpet or threshold over 0.6 inches, especially when it’s returning for charging, it can climb lower.
What to do when the robot vacuums backward after starting up?
The anti-fall Sensors on the bottom of the Tesvor may be covered with dust. Wipe the anti-fall Sensors with Cleaning Tool to maintain their effectiveness
The Driving Wheels may be tangled with hair or debris. Use the Cleaning Tool to cut off and remove any hair/debris tangled around the Driving Wheels

What to do when the robot voice prompts “bumper jammed”?
Slightly clap the bummer several times and clean.
Reboot the robot vacuum (not under charging status), the power switch is on the right side of the robot. Please make sure that you need to wait for some minutes after powering off and then restart.

What to do when it shows offline?
The device is low or the device has been disconnected from the power supply.
– The device is abnormal or malfunctioning.
– The device is in a configuration state.
– The router is abnormal or the network is not in good condition.
– Reset the router.
– The device is too far from the router.
Common solutions:
– Fully charge the device or reconnect the device to the power source.
– Restart the device, if there is a firmware update prompt, please click update.
– Please shut down for a few minutes, then restart the device.
– Check the router network to ensure that the network is good.
– Please reconfigure the connected device.
– Place the device closer to the router.
– Please confirm that the app is of the latest version.
How to connect your app with the Tesvor App?
Turn on the power button.
– After the button light is on and the power-on voice broadcast is complete, press & hold the switch button for 3 -5 seconds, and the WiFi light will flash quickly.
– Open the Tesvor App, select the corresponding robot model, and follow the steps to connect the WiFi.
– The app displays that the connection is complete and the robot voice broadcasts that the connection is successful.
