As noted by another reviewer, the app is the Achilles heel of this robot vacuum. It works best on full house cleaning. The Custom Cleaning function is somewhat clunky to work with. It doesn’t draw restricted zones very well and I’ve had trouble with it forgetting the zones so I must redraw. It would be helpful to have some history available to choose to redo prior custom cleaning zones.
Update.Don’t rely on the anti fall. Woke up to a big crash and now vacuum is destroyed at bottom of staircase. There goes 329 bucks.Iv been using this brand for years. Recently I moved into a 3 story house. I had to add another to the fleet. I opted to buy this one over there cheaper model. WOW IM AMAZED HOW WELL IT WORKS. Love the fact it’s mapping system is so intelligent and mapps out a room in a matter of a couple seconds. Give it a try!
I just received this robot vacuum today, so all I can give are my initial impressions. Set-up was easy and intuitive, and the various items in the box were organized in a way that didn’t seem cluttered or complicated. The robot only ran for about 15 minutes out of the box before its battery was drained, but during that time I was very impressed with the way it navigated around obstacles, particularly the legs of my pool table and other furniture. It was able to return by itself to the charging dock. Who knows how it will hold up, but so far so good.

Love my Tesvor robot vacuum! It surpassed my expectations. The mapping abilities are great. I love that it doesn’t randomly bump into things like my previous bot, which was a brand that is well known and much more expensive. It’s also very convenient to be able to set no go zones as well as tell the bot which room to go to on the map, instead of having it do the whole house. We have 2 inside dogs and it’s been able to keep up with the shedding without a problem. Super happy and satisfied with this purchase!
