WARRANTY
Tesvor stands behind its products with the following Limited Warranty. Each new Tesvor product purchased will be free from defects in materials and craft. A one-year warranty will be in place from the product purchase date when used under normal conditions*.
*This limited warranty only applies to new products purchased and used in Australia. Some states/ territories do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
- Proof of purchase: To claim your Limited Warranty, you must first show us the date of purchase of the Tesvor product. Your tax receipt is sufficient. If you cannot show us the original date of purchase, the period in this Limited Warranty will start when we shipped your Tesvor product from our factory/ warehouse.
- Exclusions: This Limited Warranty does not cover defects/ damages caused by:
- Alterations, improper repairs or service, or use of inappropriate parts and
- Misuse or failure to follow the operating instructions and failure to perform recommended maintenance.
- Failure to replace parts periodically.
- Use in any other manner than usual and expected use.
- Customer Service: Please contact Customer Service – at sales@tesvoraustralia.au to determine your problem and the next steps. Tesvor and its suppliers’ entire liability and your select remedy shall be, at our discretion, either:
- Refund of the price paid OR
- Replacement of parts or product. Replacement parts and products assume the remaining original Limited Warranty or thirty (30) days.
- No other warranties: Tesvor does not warrant the functions contained in the Tesvor product will meet your requirements. The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring the item purchased is the correct one for them. Tesvor and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, concerning the Tesvor product and the accompanying written materials. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others that vary between states/territories.
- No liability for consequential damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tesvor or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other financial loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Tesvor product, even if Tesvor has advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/territories do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

SHIPPING
Shipping Processing Time – All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours Australia-wide. Orders are not shipped/ delivered on weekends or holidays. Dispatch at times can be delayed due to conditions beyond the control of Tesvor Australia.
Delivery Timeframe – Depending upon the location, delivery will be between 2 – 7 business days for Metro areas. Please allow additional time for regional or rural locations. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and is outside the control of the seller.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking – You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. *
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
- Change of mind – 30 days from the date of purchase. In the rare event the product is not suitable you are welcome to reach out to us to arrange an exchange, store credit or refund. We will provide you with a return address so the item can be returned at your cost to be inspected and condition verified. We only accept returns on unused products in the original packaging which is in saleable condition. Refunds will be processed with a restocking fee of 20% to cover handling costs.
- Item arrived damaged – Should your unit be damaged and this is noticed prior to accepting delivery you can reject the delivery and we will arrange a replacement to be dispatched.
- Warranty and faulty products – All our products are backed by manufacturers’ warranty and of course, nothing in these returns policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded.
If you are a “consumer” under the ACL, the following notice applies to you:
“Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (“Consumer Guarantees”). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
