I love this vacuum. The price is amazing considering it has mapping capabilities. There are a few quirks, but those are easy to work around, given the price. Even after a couple months I had a problem with it, but Tesvor was easy to communicate with and they fixed my problem. After replacing my first Tesvor, I thought the problems would be resolved. Nope, the robot constantly rotates the map. I have tried everything to resolve this problem. Reset, moved the base multiple times, powered off and reloaded the map. So freakin frustrating!!! I basically have to remap the house every other time. Just garbage programming. Tesvor, fix your damn programming already. I will not buy again even though they had good service. What a freakin headache.

I tried for over a week to register this on my iPad seventh gen that had Wi-Fi only. Put in my email and password. They then send a verification code that you must put in within 60 seconds!!! I don’t receive the code until 2-3 minutes later. If you try and resend again and again, it says too many tries, wait 24 hours. :^( Then it says if you have problems to send email to such and such. I did two weeks ago and no response from the company. I have the latest update for the app as of 4/17/21 and there is NO option to save the map! Under “map settings” there is only ONE option, “Clear current map?” If you run the vac in another room, your current map is overwritten without your permission that took an hour to set up!Update after two months;App is pure garbage. I can only use the robo vac as a “Bump & GO” robot. Meaning I have to use boxes etc. to block it from going where I don’t want it to. Map keeps getting deleted even with the newest update. People are giving this 5 stars to get the free $20 gift card. Please buy another brand!!!! You’ve been warned.
I ordered the S6+ on a lightning deal and received the S6 instead. Price wasn’t that big of a difference so I decided to keep it anyway. The app downloaded and connected easily, but the map feature never works. I wanted the option to set no go zones to keep it out of my carpeted rooms and I can’t. The vacuum is mediocre at best, I purchased specifically with my hardwood floors in mind since I have 3 dogs. I would not recommend this model.
