This Tesvor A8500 Water Tank converts all Tesvor X500 Pro, M1 & S6 robot vacuums into a 2-in-1 vacuum and mop. With a 600ml full capacity, it’s enough to go around your entire home without needing to be refilled as often.

Installation:
- Open the sealing plug of the water tank, and pour water into it gently.
- Close the sealing plug of the water tank and paste the cleaning cloth to the bottom of the tank.
- Press the button at the back of the robot to remove the dust box and install the water tank.
- Use the remote control or APP to start mopping with your newly installed water tank.

Note:
- Please remove the water tank before charging to avoid any hazards.
- Mopping is not suitable for carpets. When mopping, please roll up the edges of carpets or use magnetic strips to isolate carpets.

I was really excited when I randomly saw this add-on for my Tesvor X500 and ordered it. For the price, I figured it was worth a shot. After a few weeks though, I think I’m ready to put it up. The concept is great. While it does disable the vacuum, it still allows for it to sweep up and new debris into a bin in the center (you would need to run it in vacuum mode first and then mopping mode). It’s got a little pump up top to dispense what looks like the right amount of water, and all this is really great. …. if you have perfectly flat floors. As I’ve discovered, my tile is not. So I have large sessions where there’s just random streaks of wet areas where the pad doesn’t touch the floor. I’ve tired to thicken the pad but haven’t had much success, so I’m not sure if there’s an easy fix for it other than sewing on a new backing. That said, for the price, it’s worth a shot.
This was a great addition to our Tesvor robot, I had considered buying a separate mopping robot but could not pass up on this deal when it became available. Our floors are somewhat uneven so I double up on the “mop pads” so that they reach the floor properly. I would say that this one takes care of about 75% of the mopping needs. You will still break out a proper mop if you have some tougher stains, but regular kitchen floor stickyness is a thing of history with this mop.
Been very happy with the whole system so far. I’ve had it as almost a month. It does a great job on pet hair. My old Romba struggled with it. So much I retired it. The new vacuum handles it without getting the brush tangled up in it. I run it a few times a week and it’s doing a good job keeping the floors looking clean. The mop attachment is more like a Swiffer Wet jet. I wouldn’t use it on heavily soiled floors. But for day to day it works well. I have wood floors throughout the house. I agree with another reviewer saying it wouldn’t do a good job on uneven floors. Overall I would buy it again.
The robot automatically recognize the water tank and switch over mopping mode. The track seem to show uneven water mark, but at least it a thin layer and dry relatively quick.
I liked it at first. Now, I can’t even use it because the mopping pads come off and fold up do to poor/ cheap Velcro installed on box. I have tried the ones that came with it and new ones. Don’t lose the remote either because it’s like pulling teeth buying And RECEIVING it after ordering it. I had to email them ( like week or two later to ask why it was still in processing status). I was gonna cancel the order then “boom” got it the next day.
