The suction on this thing is bad. It misses so many things. I have to pick up a crumb and put it in front of its path 3 times or more before it even picks it up. And thats on both hardwood floor and carpet.Also connecting the robot to the app is not working at all. Your supposed to have 2.4ghz wifi for this to connect. If you have duel wifi(5ghz+2ghz), IT WILL STILL NOT WORK. From what ive read from others experiences,you will have to have a whole seperate 2.4ghz wifi ONLY, for it to connect.I really wanted to like this but i think i will be returning it. Im thinking about making a video of it not picking things up before i do return it. I never even mad an amazon review video before, thats how disappointed i am. They need to do better. This is pathetic for the money spent

I like the way to set up and how easy it is to use. I’m impressed with it’s ability to go from room to room without problem. The Suction power is ok. The price is reasonable and I’m satisfied with the purchase after the usage. Will see how it will perform with the time.

I have two Trevor S6 robots. One purchased directly, and this one on Amazon. ROBOT is pretty good. Software is pretty crap. For no reason, one only works with the WeBack app, one works with the Trevor app. Both work with Alexa, but only the WeBack variant works with Google Home.Both Apps do a decent job of smartly mapping and working the room efficiently and thoroughly, as opposed to robots that bounce in random directions.
